The logo design is simple, flirty and fun. At the first glance you’d probably look at this logo and laugh. The fact that there’s no company name with the logo adds to the logo design’s mysterious appeal, but it’s clear enough that it’s a restaurant’s logo. Even though the colors are simple and font style is straight, the use of fork and the spoon appeals to a viewer’s creative senses. The logo is simple to understand and memorable. A high budget logo, that is definitely worth its price.

Look at the image, what do you see? Do you see a Pink flamingo? Look closely again. Now do you see the horse in white? The designer has made excellent use of the white space in the logo design. The logo looks simple, smart and the customer can find the white horse in the second glance. That adds to the logo’s appeal. The font style used in simple and straight which focuses the attention of the logo design directly to the image just as it should. This is definitely a high budget logo job done right.

What makes this logo design high budget? First the whole concept of the logo design reflects its brand name and slogan which says, “What you eat, matters”. Secondly, the shape of the logo design makes an abstract of the letter D for Diet and a random shape of a human stomach made up by different fruits and vegetables, further summarizing the brand slogan. The colorful fruits with a lighter background complement each other and the straight formal font style make the logo design easy to comprehend and remember. So this is what you can get in a High Logo design Budget.

Budget Type: Not so High

Thus logo design is simple and nice but there is nothing special about it. The small flower as the letter O probably rescues the logo from being boring. The green color used in the text gives a soothing feel of a garden to the logo which makes it relatable to the company it represents. Overall, this logo design is just average. This is what you’ll get if your logo design budget is not so high.

This logo follows all the rules of a good logo design correctly. The font style is straight. The image has a 3D touch to it. The colors used are complementing each other and the background is kept light. The logo is nice and clean but lacks the attraction that differentiates a good logo from an awesome one. This is what you’ll get in an average budget.

Budget Type: Low

What can you get in a Low budget?

Logo Design No. 1:

logo design review

I tried very hard to say something nice about this logo, but lying is a sin. This logo is so bad that it shouldn’t be bought even if it’s free. The colors are too many, too loud and too contrasting. The background is dark and there is just a lot going on in the image. This logo design actually repels the viewers. You have been warned; this is what you’ll get in a low logo design Budget.

Logo Design No. 2:

This logo looks like something a kid made out of clipart images as his school project, a project that probably won’t even win the school competition. The logo looks cheap and tacky and that is the image of the business that will come to the customers mind when he looks at this logo. It looks like something made out of those free logo generators that are so common online. Only a company that wants to commit suicide will choose this as their brand logo.

So there you have it, a logo design review of what you can expect in your logo design according to the budget size. I hope you’ve realized now the companies that set aside a huge budget for their logo designs are not stupid.

Now, don’t come crying that you weren’t warned before.
